1. Can I order online?

Yes, you can place the order as  your desired and selected products from our website Or our Mobile App in Play-Store.

2. What is the payment method?

We have the facility of Online Payment and Cash on delivery both, distributed according to the pin code & regions.

3. What is the time taken for delivery?

After you place the order, we process the order within the next day(except Sunday). It goes to the Quality Check Department, where the products are checked and finalized. We dispatch the order after it’s checked within 24 to 48 hrs. of placing the order. After handing over the parcel to the courier, usually it takes 3-4 working days for the courier company to deliver the parcel at any address within India.

4. What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free within India.

5. By which company the delivery of the parcel is done?

As we are a reputed Brand Globally, so we have our shipping and delivery partner like the DELHIVERY, XPRESSBEES, DTDC, BLUE DART etc.

6. Do you ship internationally?

No, we are able to this in future.

7. Can I get EMI facility?

We don’t provide any EMI facility directly from our company.

8. Can I trust the online payment option?

We, as a reputed Brand have also taken the care of the security of our valuable customers. Also we have integrated the most trusted Gateways of the World like Razorpay. It is totally secure.

9. How to know the quality of the product?

For our customers, we have added pictures of the products. Also we have provided the description of the product, where the quality, colour, and the work is mentioned. The colour of the products can vary 2-3% according to the resolution of the screen, and also due to the light effects used during the products shoot. And if there is any issue regarding the product which is not understand by you then you should must contact or chat with us before you place the order. We have the perfect support team to describe the detail of the product you choose in brief.

10. What if I want refund?

In case of any defect or dislike the product or any mismatch of the product(which chances are less than 1%, as we check the products thoroughly before dispatching under CCTV vigilance), we return and refund the amount to the customers. For this you have to report by mail or whatsapp with the images of the defected area immediately within 24 hrs. from receiving the product in case of defect. Otherwise simply follow the return process. If any query regarding return and refund your amount or exchange the product please feel free to contact with us and our support team will help you for further process.
 

11. What if I want to return the product after falls and edging?

You have to report for exchange or return within 24 hrs. of receiving the product, else your request will not be taken in account. We don’t exchange or return any product after it is customized(falls and edging ) under any circumstances. Even we will not return of exchange the product if the blouse piece have been cut off, or the blouse have been made.

12. Do I get the option for falls and edging of the saree that I order?

We don’t have any facility about falls and edging.

13. Is there any disclaimer or hidden facts?

There are no such hidden facts for purchasing any product from our website. Few things to keep in mind:
a. Always go through the description of the product.
b. Colour of the product may slightly vary from the original, due to the brightness, extra lights during photo-shoot, and also colour varies according to the setup of the screen & resolution. But we have keep in mind, and tried to provide the closest colour of the products.
c. The quality of the products differs according to the price and the design of the product.
d. We have 10 days exchange policy, but you have to inform us within 24 hrs from receiving the product.
e. The product you want to exchange should not be tampered, even the folds should not be tampered, else we will not accept the request.
f. No exchange or return are done on any customized products(falls, edging & blouse).
